Speaker and writer
The ability to communicate in this interconnected world is important. I enjoy and am a sought-after public speaker, have television and radio experience, write articles and blogs and have worked closely on press and multimedia announcements and conference design and opportunities.

The ability to vary my style according to the audience is one that I feel very comfortable with – a major keynote speech, chairing panels, giving careers talks and blogging about the transformative power of the arts are all possibilities, and I would be happy to discuss what you need at any time.
Coach and mentor
Whether you are an experienced leader or someone ambitious to progress, I can offer you the time and space for professional and personal development. At any one time I am working with three or four people at most, which means you get my focused attention, experience and support. I have a range of packages available, which we can tailor to your needs - from providing a one-off sounding board to carefully designed, regular meetings to tackle those more substantive issues.

Since I first worked on an arts strategy for South Bedfordshire over thirty years ago, it has been clear that I have the type of brain and the curiosity that can see links across and between silos and themes, is able to sit with change and to make connections to others’ work. Strategy development is an element of my work today that still provides a great deal of satisfaction and I would be happy to help you as you consider what change you need to make and who you need to be engaging with to make it.
